Maintenance Monitoring for Admins & Supervisors

Maintenance Monitoring applies smart principles to dispenser design, taking the guesswork out of maintaining your dispensers and saving your employees from redundant and time-consuming rounds compared to manual hand-hygiene systems. It is generally considered the backbone of the application - even with no other modules enabled!

This course walks you through dispenser setup, reporting and management of Maintenance Monitoring features.

Dispenser Activity for Admins & Supervisors

Hygiene Event Counts provides activity reporting for all hygiene events registered by the dispenser system. This is typically bundled with Maintenance Monitoring, as no tag or user information is required to get meaningful data out of your Guardian™ dispenser system.

User Logins for Admins & Supervisors

Staff User Logins allows individual staff (tagged users who are not Supervisors or Administrators) access to their own hygiene event activity trends for self-management. Staff User logins can be enabled with or without Entry & Exit compliance monitoring.

This course walks you through the reporting features available for individual Staff Users.

Compliance for Admins & Supervisors

Entry & Exit Compliance Monitoring provides data on tagged hygiene event activity relative to whether events took place after entry or exit of a room. Purchase and maintenance of annual user tags and point-of-care dispensers are required.

This course walks you through the reporting features available with Entry & Exit Compliance Monitoring.
