Dispensers

The Dispensers page manages all the Mirador Guardian™ dispensers that have been provisioned for your account.

View Details

The main page of the Dispensers tab displays all dispensers created for your facility.  Different status updates for each dispenser are displayed in color-coded alerts across the columns.

From this page you can export your dispenser list, create a new record, or take additional actions via bulk actions. 

Click on a dispenser name to view all details for an individual record.

The View page displays all fields for that record, as well as Related Records. Related records provide additional visibility to this record in other areas of the app, such as pre-formatted reports or connections to other objects.

Create New

In most cases new dispensers will be entered automatically by Mirador upon order, so creating new dispenser records will not be required. Please contact Support for questions on Dispenser records creation.  We’re happy to help!

Edit Dispenser Details

Click the name of a dispenser to view the record details, then click the Edit icon to edit a specific dispenser’s settings or Delete to purge the record from Insights.  

From the Edit page you can update any of the above fields for a single dispenser.

Bulk Actions

Batch updates for dispensers can be completed using the bulk actions menu drop-down.

• Select the applicable dispensers to update using the check boxes in the first column of the page

• The Bulk Action menu appears (right above Advanced Search). Choose an action from the drop-down list:
  • Organization & Department: Change the Organization or Department(s) assignment of a dispenser
  • Update Status: Approve pending dispensers or enable/disable dispensers
  • Update Wi-Fi Settings: Send new Wi-Fi settings and passwords to a dispenser
• Click Submit to save your changes
