Dispenser Activity History
The Dispenser Activity History report contains the dispenser collection data from successful dispensing events, displaying the Device Name (Dispenser), Organization, Date and Staff Users (if enabled) in an exportable format. Sort and filter options allow users to organize data prior to export.
Here are a few ideas to provide additional insights for your team:
- Identify locations where usage is highest and lowest to observe traffic patterns
- Identify root causes of low volume usage and remediate through education or increased coverage
- Identify super users for special recognition as part of an education program
- Identify usage trends over time variables
